My Money Makeover · Jen Richardson · jenrichardson.co
Last updated: 8 May 2026
These terms govern your purchase of and participation in My Money Makeover (the “Program”) provided by Jen Richardson and/or her trading entity (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling, you (“you,” “Participant”) accept these terms in full.
1. What you get
Your enrolment in My Money Makeover provides:
- Self-paced access to the 7-module core curriculum (Mindset and Beliefs, Ground Zero, Goal Setting, The Calm Money System, Future Me, Superannuation, Investing for Wealth) plus introduction and wrap-up.
- A 12-week support container including live Zoom support calls and access to the private Facebook community.
- Bonus modules as released.
- Course materials accessible for the period stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Payment
The price of the Program is the amount displayed at checkout, in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment, or in the instalment schedule shown at checkout. If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for every instalment in the schedule, except where Section 4 (Money-Back Guarantee) applies.
3. Access and account
You will receive login details by email after successful payment. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Login details, downloads, recordings, and community membership are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Sharing access is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
4. 100% money-back guarantee
We genuinely believe the Program works when you do the work. That is why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee to participants who complete the Program in full and still do not feel they have made meaningful progress with their finances.
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have followed the Program fully. This means you must:
- Complete all seven core modules (Modules 1-7) plus the Introduction and Wrap-Up, with completion logged in the course platform.
- Complete and submit every workbook, worksheet, or exercise included in those modules.
- Set up and run the Calm Money System (Module 4) in your own finances for a minimum of eight (8) consecutive weeks, and provide evidence of implementation (for example, screenshots of your accounts structure, tracking, or transfers).
- Attend at least 75% of the live Zoom support calls scheduled within your 12-week support window, or watch the replays where attendance was not possible.
- Post or message at least once in the private Facebook community, or email support, to raise any specific obstacle you encountered, giving us a fair opportunity to help you before requesting a refund.
How to claim: Submit your refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of the end of your 12-week support container. Your request must include your full name, order number, evidence of items 1-5 above, and a short statement of what you implemented and the results you experienced.
We will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Requests submitted outside the refund window, or without the required evidence, are not eligible. We reserve the right to decline requests where evidence appears falsified or incomplete.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not exclude, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees.
5. Change of mind
Because the Program is a digital product with immediate access to course materials, change-of-mind refunds are not offered outside the money-back guarantee in Section 4. Please review the sales page carefully and email us with any questions before enrolling.
6. No personal financial advice
My Money Makeover is a financial education program. It provides general information and frameworks only. It is not personal financial product advice and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs. Jen Richardson is not, in the context of this Program, acting as your licensed financial planner, accountant, tax agent, or credit adviser. Before acting on anything in the Program (including decisions about superannuation, investing, or debt), you should consider whether it is appropriate for your circumstances and, where relevant, seek advice from a licensed professional.
7. No guarantee of specific results
Participant testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of outcome. Your results depend on your circumstances, effort, and many factors outside our control. Apart from the refund commitment in Section 4, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome (such as a particular amount saved, debt paid down, or returns achieved).
8. Intellectual property
All Program materials, including videos, recordings, workbooks, templates, audio, written content, and the Calm Money System framework, are owned by Jen Richardson and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, screen-record for sharing, or use the materials to create competing products or services.
9. Community guidelines
In the private Facebook group and on live calls, you agree to behave respectfully toward other participants and the team. We may remove or block participants who engage in harassment, discrimination, spam, promotion of unrelated products, or who breach the group’s stated guidelines, without refund.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, share your access, initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, or breach Section 9. Termination for cause forfeits any refund eligibility.
11. Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at jenrichardson.co. You consent to receiving Program-related emails (delivery, support, and reminders) for the duration of your enrolment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including any investment losses, lost income, or lost opportunity. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your enrolment. Material changes will be communicated to active participants by email.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE, e.g. Queensland], Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your state of residence.
